On 2nd October 2024, the stonelaying ceremony of the house for Ms. Leela Vijayan, Marottichal was conducted by Manappuram Foundation as part of Manappuram Snehabhavanam Project. The stone was laid by Mr. K Rajan, Minister for Revenue and Housing of Kerala.
