Manappuram Foundation Launches ‘Manappuram Alert’ InitiativeTo ensure timely response during emergency situations, save lives, and create widespread public awareness regarding first aid, the Manappuram Foundation—in association with Manappuram Finance Ltd.—has officially launched the ‘Manappuram Alert’ initiative.The project was inaugurated by Nattika MLA Geetha Gopi. Valapad Grama Panchayat President P. K. Mohanan presided over the function.The primary objectives of the initiative are to equip the public with essential first aid and emergency response skills to help accident victims, and to spread awareness regarding the Good Samaritan Law. Training sessions were led by experts from the Bangalore-based NGO, ALERT. The event was attended by local representatives, Manappuram Foundation CEO George D. Das, Manappuram Finance Senior Public Relations Officer K. M. Ashraf, along with representatives from the Manappuram Foundation and the ALERT team. Through impactful CSR initiatives like this, the Manappuram Foundation continues its ongoing commitment to strengthening public safety, health awareness, and community resilience.
